I didn’t fucking care about Alcide dies anyway. But it’s not fair that he got on screen death and vampire Tara didn’t. I mean Tara did get her first on screen death scene in season 4 finale but didn’t have true death scene on final season premiere. Ugh I hate these writers. Fuck you Angela Robinson! Fuck you Brian Buckner! Fuck you all these writers! Even fuck you, Stephen Moyer too! Sorry I’m rant… I just like Tara. Of course I will still watch it to the end. I’m just bitter about Tara. Rutina worked hard since season one and never got respect that she deserved.

I’m over people making excuses for Pam & Eric’s shitty parenting, and that goes for Eric’s dynamic with Pam as well. I don’t care if neither of them ever wanted to be makers. Eric made a conscious decision to turn two vampires, now he behaves as if he resents them both because of it. Pam is a grown up who also decided to turn Tara (without her permission, which everyone seems to forget) whether she was begged to or not, and when they made those choices, they should have committed to them.

Pam said last season, vampires move on. She grieved appropriately for Tara considering they barely knew each other, so I’m not surprised that she isn’t devastated about it. I’m more worried about how Tara’s best friend and cousin don’t give a fuck that she’s dead. That’s much worse than Pam moving on from a brief relationship!

I feel like I’m the only person that’s glad we didn’t see Tara’s death. Everyone else is outraged but I didn’t want to see her die. I’m happy my last memory of her is her fighting fiercely! If any more of my faves die I hope they’re off camera too.

As a black scifi fantasy horror fan, Alan Ball can suck my balls for how he did Tara.  Her entire storyline, from what was done to her to her supposed BFF who didn’t give a shit, was fucked. up. which is typical of how shows do black characters.  I am so glad I have Sleepy Hollow.  True Blood can continue to fall off a cliff, and hit every jagged rock on the way down to it’s terrible end.

i get that pam shouldn’t have left tara alone, but at the same time, i can’t help but be proud of her for thinking of herself for once. she took care of tara when she didn’t want to because it was the right thing to do, she’s done what eric’s asked of her all along, but now she’s doing what she needs to do for Pam. sometimes you’ve gotta take care of yourself and find your own happiness.
